LandlordFlow is the operating platform for UK private landlords and HMO operators. It handles rent ledgers, MTD-ready income records, tenancy admin, property safety certificates (gas, electrical, EPC), HMO licensing checkpoints, and deposit protection. The point is a single system that satisfies HMRC's Making Tax Digital for Income Tax requirements without forcing landlords into a generic accounting tool that wasn't designed for property.
