P11D
A P11D is the UK form an employer must file each year reporting benefits in kind (company cars, private health insurance, expenses outside normal travel) given to directors and certain employees.
P11Ds are due to HMRC by 6 July following the tax year, with the same deadline for copies to be given to affected employees. Class 1A NI on the reportable benefits is payable by 22 July (or 19 July if paying by post). From April 2026, payrolling benefits in real time is becoming mandatory for most benefits — meaning P11Ds will be phased out for many employers.
