Privacy notice

Rajoka Group Limited is the controller for the rajoka.com website and Rajoka ID. Each product is controlled by the legal entity shown below. Where an entity runs more than one product, one shared product notice covers those products.

We may collect contact details, account information, product usage, messages you send to Ask Rajoka, device information, consent choices and the details you choose to provide when asking for help.

Individual products may need additional information to deliver their service. Their product notice explains that information and the relevant legal basis.

We use personal data to provide the website, Rajoka ID and the products you choose; answer enquiries; keep accounts secure; meet legal obligations; improve services; and send marketing only where the law allows it.

We use service providers to host the site, run Rajoka ID and Rajoka AI, answer Ask Rajoka questions (see below), deliver analytics, send communications and provide payment services. They may process data only for the service they provide to us.

Saldivo uses Adfin as a payment processor. Stripe will be added as a Saldivo processor when that service is live. We do not sell personal data.

When you send a question to Ask Rajoka, we send the text of your question to two AI providers to produce an answer:

• Alibaba Cloud turns your question into an embedding, a list of numbers we use to find the answer cards that match it.
• Cheaper Inference passes your question and the matching answer cards to Anthropic's Claude models, which run on Amazon Web Services, to write the answer and check it against the cards.

These providers may process your question outside the UK. Cheaper Inference does not offer a zero-retention option, so it may keep your question for a period under its own terms. Please do not include names, tax references, account numbers or other personal details in your question.

We keep data only for as long as we need it for the purpose collected, including legal, accounting, security and dispute requirements. Product notices give more detail where a specific retention period applies.

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or an objection to how your data is used. You may also withdraw consent at any time where consent is the legal basis.
